History

1960 The Business was established by Mr Jim Cameron-Price as a precision plastic component and assembly manufacturer for the automotive industry.

1963 Tony Banks joined the business as an employee.

1990 Because of the growth of Cameron-Price, it was necessary to upgrade premises, and the Company moved to its current purpose built premises in Stirchley, Birmingham.

1994 Barry Moor joined Cameron-Price as a project engineer.

1996 The Business underwent an MBO, led by Tony Banks and Steve Bailey, and funded by LDC and Barclays.

2011 Barry Moor was promoted to Managing Director of the business, and Tony Banks moved to the position of Chairman.

2015 Tony Banks received an MBE in recognition of his 50 years of supporting UK manufacturing.

2015 The business underwent an MBO, led by Barry Moor and funded by Yorkshire Bank. Additionally providing for the retirement of Tony Banks MBE.
