We work closely with a variety of customers in the replacement of traditional metal components from casting to turned parts in engineered resins. Often as well as the more obvious weight reductions we have incorporated additional features such as improved assembly, reduced number of components and more technically capable products. Some of the replacement injection moulded parts we have designed and developed have been in Teflon filled materials giving increased wear characteristics to our end customer and  helping them to provide innovative solutions to the OEM’s.
